Refund policy

All orders are handmade to order in our home in the UK, please allow 3-5 business days for dispatch.

Unfortunately, we only offer UK shipping at this point, but will be looking into international shipping soon.

Shipping

We send all our items via Royal Mail Tracked 48, you should expect your order within 3-5 business days of dispatch, however, please allow the full 5 business days after dispatch to get in touch if there are any issues with delivery.

It’s our goal to make sure you are always happy and satisfied with your purchase, if you have any queries please send us a message before ordering and we’ll get back to you within 48 Hours.

Returns

Unfortunately, as our pieces are handmade to order we do not accept returns, please read descriptions fully before purchasing, however, if there are any issues please contact us on stephanie@callunacollection.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate.

Refunds

If a refund has been agreed, you will be liable for the shipping and protection of the parcel, we advise packing it well and selecting a tracked shipping option. Once received and inspected we will be in touch to let you know how we will proceed. If approved you'll be refunded on your original payment method with immediate effect minus any shipping costs, however, please allow bank processing times.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take photos of any damaged packaging and items as this will help us with our claim should we need to make one.
